Approach to Design
I find my design approach similar to seeing constellations. I draw from various points of experience and see what connects to create a narrative.
I believe lateral thinking along with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture; zooming in and out of micro to macro contexts allow for both critical thinking as well as creativity.
Inspiration
Serious hobbying and exposure to new experiences are my main sources of inspiration. I can often be found going through stacks of Japanese magazines.
Traveling is my go to activity to expose myself to new experiences and challenging conventional expectations.
